Dandara Living is recruiting a Residential Lettings Consultant to join our prestigious build-to-rent headquarters. The role will be based at one of our luxurious apartment complexes, Chapel Wharf, located in the heart of Salford.

About the role 

Reporting to the New Business Team Leader, the successful Residential Lettings Consultant will have the desire to work towards KPI’s/deadlines to support an award-winning team that are experts at matching customers with their dream homes. At Dandara Living, we know that first impressions last, so having a passion for customer service is crucial for this role. 

Shift Pattern

4 week days

Saturdays 10am to 3pm

What you will do: 

• Dealing with enquires/leads – via phone and email
• Qualification of leads to set standards
• Booking viewings for the individual sites
• Being organised and managing set workloads, prioritise effectively
• Researching competition
• Portal updates
• Ensuring customer service and business standards are met
• Ensuring accuracy of data entry and database management
• Work well with deadlines and targets

What you will have: 

Desirable:

• Experience within BtR / Student Accommodation / Hospitality sector
• Experience in leasing or letting 

Essential 

• Good communication, data entry, organisation and administration skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks, manage workload and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge and understanding of Outlook and Microsoft Office
• Work well in a team and able to work without supervision (once trained)
• Adaptable to work levels (due to seasonal demand)
