Job Description

We're looking for a Mortgage Product Admin to join us in Barnsley!

You'll provide product support to ensure that digital products are updated and accurate by applying relevant processes controls to maintain compliance. In addition to this you'll interact with different stakeholders, including lenders and brokers to resolve queries that could be complex. You'll also work closely with the Product Owner and Product Team to ensure that they have available relevant information to make decisions on priorities for change.

We will consider applications from all over the UK however there is an expectation to travel into our Barnsley office.

What you'll be doing

• Making changes or updates to new and existing products by applying the relevant process controls, ensuring that all products remain accurate and compliant
• Owning relevant processes to ensure that they remain relevant and that as a result digital products remain compliant
• Collating and analysing any feedback from external and internal stakeholders including complaints and feedback to identify improvements
• Interacting with lenders, brokers and other key stakeholders over complex queries and act upon requested lender changes
• Owning and maintaining accurate records of key information related to the products
• Proactively reviewing products to ensure accuracy is maintained and any errors are identified and corrected

Qualifications

What we're looking for

• We’d welcome individuals who have a broad knowledge of the mortgage lifecycle - perhaps you're looking to continue your mortgage career in a more product focused role?
• Good analytical skills with an ability to work under pressure in an orderly and accurate manner.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Manages stakeholder expectations & demonstrates actions that show an appropriate balance of stakeholder and commercial needs
• Proactively escalates decisions based on evaluation of risks and using all available information. 
• Good written and verbal communication skills
