Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Team Leader to oversee all manufacturing processes by company standards, including safety protocols.
Your responsibilities will be:
Develop and implement manufacturing processes by company standards and safety protocols.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management within the organization.
Ensure that all manufacturing activities are carried out by policies and procedures established by upper management.
Ensure that all machinery is working properly, safely, and maintained in good condition at all times.
Ensure that all workers are trained in proper safety procedures and have the appropriate qualifications required by their jobs.
Review production schedules and make adjustments as necessary to ensure deadlines are met.
Ensure all manufacturing equipment is functioning properly before beginning production runs.
Conduct regular inspections of production lines to ensure all products meet quality standards.
Coordinate and oversee the work of other managers within the department responsible for specific areas of production, such as assembly or shipping.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, a keen attention to detail, and excellent leadership abilities to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of management within the organization and team leader experience.

This is a temp-to-perm role.

Whilst working through us, you will be working Monday to Friday from 08:00- 16:30, but when you move permanently, you will have to do either 06:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 to 22:00.

The rate of pay is £12.50 per hour.
