The role will be London Based working Monday to Friday.

We are looking for someone with experience in the telecommunication industry who has a passion for coaching/mentoring individuals and motivate others to fulfil their potential Knowledge of the following would be beneficial.

What will you be doing
As a Technical Field Coach youll play a pivotal role in our team by conducting company inductions facilitating diverse training sessions in a classroom setting and providing handson technical coaching in realworld field environments. Your duties include crafting personalised action plans tailored to individuals integrating SMART objectives to support their professional growth.
