The Role - Learning Support Assistant
For this role you will be working in a private SEN school that caters to pupils aged between 4-11 years old. The pupils have autism, verbal and non verbal. You will be working 1-1 with the pupils. You will be allocated to the pupil if you are successful after interview. You will be supporting the class teacher with the pupils learning and development as well as their wellbeing.
The School - Private SEN school
This is a private SEN school based in Slough. This school is part of a private SEN group.The school opened in 1999 and has developed into 3 sites, Early Years, Primary and Secondary. The school offers a mix of support and education to pupils with Autism. There is on site parking on all sites and the schools offer development, training, and progression to all staff. This role will be based on the Primary site. The group offers additional training to all staff.
