This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 1-6 years’ PQE to join a successful firm in Brighton.

The firm offers excellent career development alongside hybrid working and a supportive team.

Your caseload will include:

• Dealing with freehold and leasehold titles
• Drafting and negotiating contracts for sale, transfers, leases and agreements for lease
• Acting for landlords and tenants
• Acquisition and disposal of commercial properties

The commercial property department is expanding so this is a great opportunity to be involved with this expansion and development from an early stage. Playing an instrumental part in this growth, you will get involved in networking and marketing activities.
