Contract Manager required to join an esteemed facilities management company leading a team of engineers across Northwest England. As the Contract Manager you will ensure the highest standards of service delivery and driving team performance and development.

The Contract Manager must have a strong understanding of the facilities sector and a demonstrable track record in either electrical or mechanical disciplines.

Responsibilities of the Contract Manager:

• Lead a team of engineers across Northwest England, overseeing their activities and ensuring top-notch service delivery.
• Allocate workload, provide technical support, and drive team performance and development.
• Manage reactive calls, enforce SLAs, coordinate maintenance plans, and oversee projects.
• Collaborate with engineers to schedule works and review completed tasks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the Building Services/Facilities Management Industry.
• Technical expertise in either mechanical or electrical trades.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and nurturing the engineering workforce.
