Job description
This is a business-critical role ensuring the continued success of our global IT transformation programme, a massive ERP implementation across all Rotork sites in the world which replaces numerous heritage systems.
Reporting to the Global Head of IT Projects, this role is positioned to support and oversee the long-term end to end delivery of projects as part of the Rotork Growth+ strategy.
In this role you will develop, implement and track programme management plans and lead these to ensure objectives are achieved on time and within budget. Working with a broad range of internal and external individuals and stakeholders, you will contribute to the Rotork culture and buy into our values that make us the company we are today.
This role would ideally suit an IT Programme Manager with excellent interpersonal skills to promote growth and morale within the team, who is goal driven and thrives on the successful delivery of projects and programmes.
