Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for an Asset Surveyor to join our Assets and Compliance Department at Walter Road, Swansea.
We are looking for an organised and highly motivated surveyor to join our friendly team. You will be responsible for a full range of technical duties including stock condition, energy, and whole home surveys. You will identify planned, retrofitting and decarbonisation programmes of works, manage contractors’ performance and ensure work is delivered in-line with current safety legislation. The successful candidate should hold a relevant construction or maintenance qualification at HNC or above, however, we will consider applications from candidates currently studying a relevant course.
