Job description
What you will do in your working day
- Work to complete the relevant ICT training requirements for the business
- Predominantly support Windows Server, Windows OS, Mac OS and Microsoft 365
- Log IT helpdesk calls on the central helpdesk system and monitor progress to completion
- Provide relevant and timely support to the users with ICT related issues
- Ensure User’s data and systems are maintained correctly
Diagnose and repair hardware and software faults on Windows workstations (including desktops/laptops/printers/mobile phones/VolP systems/CCTV and networking) - Build an understanding of back office and production systems and assist in the repair thereof
- Eager to learn and develop and demonstrate a strong work ethic
Work closely with all other internal departments - Excellent communication skills
- Uphold, safeguard and promote the organisation’s health and safety policies, procedures and culture
The training you will be getting
- The training for this apprenticeship will be run through Burnley College.
- The apprentice will receive a Level 3 qualification in Information Communications Technology.
- The apprentice will be in training for one day a week and in employment for four.

- There will be progression opportunities following the completion of this apprenticeship.
