Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as Lettings Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located within our modern Neo House Offices, in Aberdeen. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 35.5 hours, Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5pm, Fridays 8.30am - 5pm.The salary ranges from £28,000 to £30,000.
What the job involves:-
- Working very closely and reporting into Head of Sales and Lettings, ensuring supportive leadership is at the forefront of the business, every day.
- Direct responsibilities to oversee front end of the property journey.
- Oversee New Business Team & Negotiators, ensuring timely on boarding, re-letting & valuations.
- Oversee Applications Team, having line manager responsibilities for team of Property Tenancy Advisors, ensuring the process of tenant sourcing is clean and timely.
- Responsible for carrying out monthly reviews, driving inner departments to achieve KPI’s.
- Oversee team of Viewing Agents, ensuring each days diaries are maximised inline with available stock numbers.
- Lead, inspire and motivate the teams to drive performance across the business, ensuring great customer service every day.
- Drive business needs inline with our ‘Business Values’, ensuring budget targets are achieved monthly & annually.
- Ensure appropriate monitoring and tracking processes are in place to monitor and report on workload and figures.
- Be point of contact for escalations within the team and demonstrate astute assessments, in order to deal with HPC/PRS cases.
- Keep abreast and updated on sector legislation to ensure guidance of all stakeholders is punctual and accurate.
- Responsible for recruitment within your inner teams, ensuring all on boarding training for new members of staff is diligent and consistent.

- Preferred ARLA/Letwell qualification.
- Experience of Property Management (2 years)
- Experience of people management, with experience of leading a team.
- Confident in dealing with budgets and working toward annual/monthly targets.
- Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify improvements and efficiencies.
- Driving Licence (Preferred)
- Current Legal Right to Work in the UK
