Job description
37 hours per week, term time plus 4 weeks
We are seeking to appoint an efficient, well-organised and enthusiastic Administration Officer to join the Administration Team at Shelley College. You will be working within the school administration team and assisting the Administration Manager to ensure a comprehensive, professional and customer-focused administrative service is delivered to all our stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal, administrative and organisation skills are essential. The successful candidate will ideally have had prior experience in a similar role but is not essential as full training will be given. The successful candidate will be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Confidence in using appropriate ICT packages is essential, alongside the ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
