Job description

Tasks required by this job includes:
• Cooks have two options for cleaning and food preparation: manually or mechanically.
• To maintain portion control and food safety, adhere to the instructions given by the kitchen.
• Take delivery of food and unload delivery vans.
• Transfer food items such as meat and vegetables from the delivery area to the storeroom and vice versa.
• Trash and kitchen garbage should be disposed of according to sanitary regulations.
• Take cash for beverages, give change, and keep thorough records.
• Keep an eye on stock levels and let management know when more has to be ordered.
