We are delighted to announce a collaboration with a global company based in Worksop, assisting them in the recruitment of a Credit Control Team Leader. This presents an exceptional opportunity for a skilled credit controller who possesses a passion for team management within a dynamic work environment.

We are in search of a motivated and resilient individual capable of supervising targets and objectives pertaining to the daily work allocation, resource planning, and output of the Accounts Receivable Collection Team, ensuring the minimisation of outstanding debt.

You will become an integral part of a bustling team renowned for its friendly and supportive atmosphere. Additionally, the company offers:

Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Managing a team of 10, including conducting one-on-one meetings, overseeing performance management, and addressing disciplinary matters.
• Cultivating high performance through the establishment of clear objectives, facilitating communication, and providing constructive feedback.
• Formulating and maintaining training and succession plans to engage and retain team members, while also monitoring daily targets and outputs.
• Forecasting monthly cash collection based on comprehensive account and ledger knowledge.
• Delivering induction and ongoing training for Credit Control team members.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A robust background in credit control.
• Previous management experience.
• Proficiency in managing debt, handling complex credit portfolios, and operating within a bustling customer service/finance environment.
