As an Apprentice Engineer, you will study for an industry recognised engineering qualification at Level 3 and gain hands-on experience which allows you to develop your skills and knowledge to develop a great career and an opportunity to extend your qualifications to Level 5/HNC. You will spend the first year of the programme attending College and, from the second year onwards, whilst continuing to learn new skills through our training provider, you will work alongside experienced engineers to carry out planned and preventative maintenance on all our plant and machinery, including heavy plant, cranes and process technology.
You will receive mentoring and support from a dedicated team of engineers, who are passionate about ensuring we are able to work efficiently and safely, who will nurture your skills to help you grow and thrive. You will gain experience to become proficient in mechanical and electrical engineering as well as welding and rigging, to enable you to become an integral member of a multi-skilled team of engineers.
