Validation Specialist

North West

Up to £60 per Hour

9 month Contract

We are looking for a Validation specialist with a Quality background to join an essential project for a large and growing Vaccine Manufacturer in the North West of England. Ideally the candidate will have a proven background in delivering Projects with in timescale and be available to start on relatively short notice.

The Role

QA Validation Specialist.

Support for LVP Primary Projects (new egg Candling lines, new primary egg Incubators, new Inoculation lines, and new Harvest lines). The role will be responsible for QA a Validation specialist input into these projects, including validation strategies and protocols for the equipment and associated automation and computer systems (CSV). The individual will be responsible for QA review and approval of project validation documents.

Ideal Experience

- Background in QA/QC

- Extensive Validation Experience

- Equipment Qualification

- Signing off of Documentation

- Thermal Mapping

- Manufacturing Equipment Installation

- Commissioning

- Cleaning

- Sterilisation (autoclaves)

- HVAC and Lamier Flows

- Clean Rooms
