Production Engineer
Production Engineer Salary: Circa £40k Only applicants with the permanent right to work in the UK and ability to pass security clearance will be considered. Due to an upturn on an already busy order book, this company is on the lookout for 2 x Production Engineers with a sheet metal background to come in and join the team permanently and help the company continue to flourish.
Production Engineer Role & Responsibilities - Expert in your field - have a strong background in working with sheet metal
- Firefighter mentality - you will be liaising with different departments internally and customers externally to put out fires when needed.
- Process Improvement Guru – Assess current processes and strategies and do what you can to shave off time and waste.
- Bob the Builder, Can You Fix It? – Excellent problem-solving abilities will be required as inevitable delays and roadblocks get in the way, you’ll be relied upon to minimise the effect on the business.
- Gift of the Gab – Prime communication skills will be paramount to delivering clear and concise instructions to people in and out of the business so everyone knows where they are and where they’re going.
