Sales Assistant

£26,000, plus bonus scheme, Harrogate town centre, brand new luxury brand in Harrogate, employee discount on all products, free product sampling.

FULL AND PART TIME CONTRACTS AVAILABLE (20 or 40 hours per week)

We are excited to announce a brand new high end luxury brand coming to Harrogate, opening soon!

We need you - are you looking for a new exciting customer service based sales role? You will be joining the journey from the start and be part of something really special, providing a true luxury customer experience.

As Sales Assistant you will work alongside an impeccable team providing an exquisite customer experience from start to finish. Full training will be provided by highly trained professionals but you will have excellent standards and a keen eye for detail.

Sales Assistant duties

• To provide a bespoke tailored luxurious customer experience to each and every customer
• Ensure team objectives are achieved and sales are maximised
• To maintain an impeccable boutique appearance, showcasing the luxurious products
• Ensure perfect merchandising displays at all times, replenishing stock regularly
• Closing the cash register and end of day duties including key holder responsibilities

This role would suit someone who has previous customer service experience, who is friendly, confident and professional. This would suit someone who has worked in retail, customer service, hospitality or face to face B2C sales. If you have worked for high end or luxury brands we want you! You will have pride in your appearance and thrive on impeccable customer service.

Opening hours of the boutique are Monday to Saturday 9:00-18:00 and Sunday 11:00-17:00. We are ideally looking for flexibility around these hours but can provide both full time 40 hours contracts and part time 20 hours contracts.
