Are you looking for your next opportunity within Customer Service?
A modern, mutual, and friendly financial services company within the Stockport area are looking for their next Customer Service Representative. The society has been providing financial security to members for almost 200 years. If you have excellent communication skills, with the ability to be within a varied, fast paced environment, then we would love to hear from you.

This is a permanent position, paying up to GBP23000 for the right person.

What can you expect in the role of Customer Service Representative?
· Providing an excellent and responsive service to current/potential members via a very busy email inbox and inbound calls.
· Maximising any potential sales opportunities by being educated on the services they provide
· Take ownership of member issues and be proactive in ensuring that solutions are provided to member satisfaction
· Dealing with all member enquiries effectively and in a timely manner
· Updating the appropriate databases with member information

What experience do you need to work as a Customer Service Representative?
· Previous experience within Customer Services/telephone handling
· Previous experience within any financial role/industry is desirable
· High attention to detail, and a passion for customer success
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· Strong team player and work ethic
· IT skills including Microsoft Office Packages (Word & Excel) and Microsoft 365

· Starting salary of up to GBP23,000 dependant on experience
· Full Time hours - Monday to Friday between the hours of 8-6pm. For example, 8-4, 9-5, or 10-6. 4pm finish on Friday!
