We are looking for compassionate and committed healthcare assistants who are passionate about delivering the highest quality two-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in her home.
We are also offering all new candidates a £150 Welcome Bonus for this position

Meet our service user
Our service user is a mature lady who lives at home with her husband and pet cat in Runcorn and requires support throughout the night on a 2:1 basis to support her complex care needs.
She loves to take pride in her appearance, having her hair, nails and makeup done and enjoys spending quality time with her family and care team. She enjoys accessing the community and spending time in her garden when she can.
She shares a big interest with her husband in vintage motor bikes and motor homes and enjoys enjoys accessing the community and spending time in her garden when she can.
Throughout the night you will provide support with her personal care needs, repositioning, clinical observations and attending to his clinical needs when required. You will provide a calming environment to promote a restful night’s sleep.
Our ideal care team will be vaccinated against COVID 19 as it is essential for this positionOur service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.
For all candidates the Mersey Gateway Bridge crossing costs will be covered for all drivers

We have the following shifts available;
Take a look at our pay rates
Weeknights: £14.00 per hour (£168 approx. per 12-hour shift)
Weekends: £15.00 per hour (£180 approx. per 12-hour shift)
Bank Holiday: £17.00 per hour (£204 approx. per 12-hour shift)
