The Opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer we are ideally seeking candidates looking for their next step up; perhaps you are currently in a team leading role and looking for a manager level position or newly promoted to manager level. Your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth amongst new customers and develop sales strategies, building strong customer relationships. While owning the new business function for key business verticals, you will create a culture of excellence by leading from the front.

You will also need to happy rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in while the team is still small.

We will provide full, comprehensive training and ongoing support and will be looking for candidates who are hungry to learn and develop their staff management skills within a telephone sales environment.

This role is hybrid with 3 to 4 days per week onsite in our office in Haddenham. There is free parking onsite and nearby on busier days and there are good local transport links including the railway station, which is just a 10 minute walk away .
