About the Role

As an Operations Manager, you will lead a dynamic team, overseeing purchasing operations and maintaining efficient processes within this thriving aviation business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the purchasing team to ensure efficient operations
• Manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier negotiations
• Coordinate import clearance and shipping logistics
• Train and develop team members to meet targets and excel in their roles

Our client is seeking an individual who has proven experience in leading and training teams as the Operations Manager will be leading a small team of around 5 or 6.
