As a part of our CG EMEA Digital Marketing Team, we have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join as Digital Marketing Manager, leveraging your digital expertise to build alignment and support our key regions in driving consumer awareness, acquisition and growth.
You will be responsible for supporting the key EMEA regions in driving the digital and data strategy, identifying and implementing innovative new ways to improve the consumer experience.
This role will suit a high-performing individual who has experience working in marketing teams activating, measuring, and optimising campaigns, audiences and creative using MarTech stacks across a wide range of products and paid media channels. We are looking for a skilled, natural leader who has an entrepreneurial mindset and maintains poise under pressure.

Provide Strategic support and alignment to Category and Regional Digital leads to build world class-connected consumer experiences.
Work with Global and Regional teams to develop and implement CG EMEA data-strategy and framework, leveraging our Martech solutions in place (CDP).
Explore new opportunities to develop our current approach to 1 st party activation (e.g. Universal ID platforms)
Leverage 1st party data to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to maximize consumer reach and conversion.
Responsible for maintaining our current Digital platform set up and fin d ways to improve it.
Play instrumental role on the selection and lead the rollout of the new Marketing Automation tool.
Ability to understand requirements for linking existing Martech to dynamic creative platforms to drive real time creative and onsite personalisation.
Serve as a support function for the Consumer Goods EMEA region, ensuring local markets have the necessary resources and guidance to execute effective campaigns.
Collaborate closely with local teams to tailor audience strategies to their regional needs.
Coordinating processes and training of Data Protection with other regions and business units .
Driving key agency partnerships to extract the best opportunities and values for Essity.
Planning and applying AI and machine learning techniques to our set up in order to unlock new business growth opportunities.
Basic Qualifications
Experience with Excel (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Hands on experience in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns across paid media and CRM, leveraging CDP or Marketing Automation too to drive sales or leads.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive actionable insights from data.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Innovative mindset with a passion for challenging the status quo.
Ability to lead and contribute to cross-functional teams effectively.
Education & Experience:
Significant experience in Digital Performance activation, Audience Management, preferably within Consumer Goods in Brand or Agency environment
