Customer Sales Executive Apprentice (Direct Team)

We have a fantastic permanent opportunity to join us as an Apprentice with the view to complete a Sales Executive apprenticeship at Level 4 supporting a friendly team within our Direct Sales Team here in Crawley!

In this role you will working within the Direct Sales team in remote phone first team. You will be responsible for developing new business, providing first-class customer focused interactions, and achieving stretched sales targets. 

This is a permanent position with a salary increase to £28,000 on the condition of completing the apprenticeship and a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales and account management skills at City & Guilds. Through it, you might develop into a more senior sales or sales management role. Alternatively, it might be the spring-board into one of our other functions.

This appointment will be made on merit.

About the role

Initially this will be an appointment setting role but as your experience and knowledge improves you will be able to start closing business too. We need someone who is willing to make lots of calls every day, speak with customers, establish the quality of the lead and pass this on to an experienced sales rep to close. This is a great opportunity to build a career with an exciting and growing company.
