A successful Associate Director Cost - MEP  will have :

• Proven track record – at least 15 years’ experience in MEP Quantity Surveying / Cost Management.
• Emphasis on mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
• High level of professionalism, particularly managing client relationships and maintaining confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• MRICS chartership required.
• Strong pre-contract experience.
• Portfolio of building experience (e.g. residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments).
• Experience with FIDIC contracts is preferred.
• Available to start in Q1 or beginning of Q2.
