Job description

Drive Auto Group – a family operated dealership group, serving the GTA for over 30 years, is looking for a Parts Wholesale Advisor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be expected to be able to work independently and as part of a team.

• All applicants should have a minimum of 2 years CDK or Reynolds Experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Parts Bridge and Collision Link preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently help wholesale customers and our internal collision centers with all parts related inquiries.
• Answer telephone calls, indicate prices and provide any other information.
• Take orders and supply quotes for parts by telephone and or email.
• Process and track Parts Bridge and Collision Link orders.
• Assist in collecting payments for wholesale orders and receivables.
• Handle customer concerns promptly as per company guidelines.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum or no supervision.
• Customer relationship skills including listening and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
• Ability to manage customer complaints and to resolve difficult situations.
• Organized and pays attention to detail.
• Ability to follow set and standard procedures.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Flexible and open to change; take on special tasks as needed.
• Ability to work independently and take self-initiative.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of one year in Parts Wholesale
• Must have driver’s license 
• Must have clean drivers abstract 
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and technical/mechanical repairs
