Designate Practice Manager

Salary - £33,000 DOE

A new role due to growth in the area for a Practice Manager to support practices in the West Wales area -

(the ideally home location to get to all practices would be SA62 area)

• Initially coming in as an area support manager following training and induction
• You will spend time in your local base practice as well as other practices in the local area depending on their needs
• Travel expenses will be covered and any extra travel will be done during work hours
• Full-Time Hours across Monday to Friday, no weekends
• A great opportunity to gain experience working in various size practices with different specialisms

As a Practice Manager, your role will include:

Driving your practices performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets

Leading a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship

Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators

Analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
