Litigation Solicitor

Location: Bournemouth

Level: 2 + PQE

TIER 1 TEAM

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this market leading Commercial Litigation team and specialise in Recoveries.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working within litigation. Prior experience in recoveries is desirable but not a requirement. You must be confident in managing a case load and have strong litigation skills. You would be working closely with the partners of this team and so a fantastic opportunity be assist on high value matters alongside your cases.

This role would entail advising a range of lenders and commercial companies in relation to assets, debt covering both regulated and non-regulated lending.
