Booking Administrator - Permanent - Dublin 1
Here at Manpower we are currently recruiting for a Booking Administrator for our client, one of Ireland's leading transport companies in Dublin 1. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and will collaborate closely with various stakeholders across the organization to achieve our business objectives. The role is based fully onsite in Dublin 1 and will have the opportunity to go hybrid after 6 months.
Salary & Remuneration:
- Up to €40k DOE

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the setup and management of sailings and resources in the booking system.
- Allocate and manage space for different categories such as cabins, freight, crew, and passengers.
- Utilize yield management techniques to optimize revenue by monitoring capacity and adjusting fares.
- Offer support to various internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Monitor bookings from offline sources and optimize space allocation accordingly.
- Conduct testing for software upgrades and ensure smooth implementation.
- Act as a key liaison and expert for the booking system within the organization.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a busy office environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues of all levels and disciplines.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities, capable of working cooperatively with diverse teams and departments.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of business priorities to drive organizational success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Power BI reporting.
- Familiarity with the Bookit booking system is an advantage.
- Strong administration skills and ability to work well in a small team.
