ARE YOU A QUALIFIED CRICKET COACH WHO LOVES INSPIRING YOUNG PEOPLE TO PLAY THE GAME?
If this is YOU, then we want to hear from you!

Evolution Cricket is a Cambridgeshire-based cricket coaching company recruiting for the role of Cricket Development Officer
As CDO, you will be responsible for supporting our Managing Director in delivering coaching sessions across a variety of programs, including, but not limited to:

- Holiday camps / activities
- Primary School & Secondary Schools
- Player Development Courses
- One to One sessions
- Coaching Support to our partner cricket clubs.
- Mini-Cricket and Mini-Rugby sessions
-
You will specifically be responsible for ongoing growth of our Holiday activity, driving a marketing campaign as well as opening-up the program into new locations and territories.

As well as coaching, you will act as duty manager for our indoor cricket venue in Sawtry, working on a rotational shift pattern.

Finally, we’d love it if you could bring some social media expertise and experience, helping us to grow our engagements across social media platforms.

You’ll need to have a full driving licence with a max of 3 endorsement points and have access to a vehicle to travel to and between locations. We will pay you business-related travelling expenses.

As a coaching company working with kids and adults who go to school and work during the day, our work inevitably involves a lot of evening and weekend work, so please only apply if you are prepared to work unsociable hours. Our business is also seasonal, so you may be required to work longer hours at busier times of year; we operate a TOIL approach to our work.

What you’ll receive in exchange is an opportunity to have a career in an amazing industry and to wake up with no day being exactly the same. You’ll be integral to the growth of our business so an opportunity to grow with the business exists for the right candidate.

Successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check and provide copies of relevant coaching certificates, including safeguarding and first aid.
