Sous Chef - Reading
Up to £36,018 Per Annum
Monday-Friday 7am - 3.30pm.
We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic Sous Chef for our dedicated catering team at Virgin Media in Reading, producing outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients in this prestigious contract. You would manage the kitchen with the chef manager and 6 others in the team.

About the role - Services: Breakfast, Lunch, Hospitality, Coffee Shop and retail.
- 1-2000 customers on site
- Covering head chef duties whilst away
- Working along side the head chef to assist in devising, ordering and collating weekly menus
- Responsibility alongside the head chef of every day HSE standards
- Maintain the centre of excellence in food and customer service.
- Working alongside the head chef in managing all areas of the kitchen and the Team to ensure standards and service levels do not drop
Our ideal candidate - Able to work as a team member and lead the team when required
- Previous experience working in a B&I contract
- Experience in working to an achievable GP
- Stock and Waste control experience
- Understanding of food management systems HACCP, Food Safety, Health and Safety, Natasha\\'s Law, Allergens and Manual Handling.
