Medsolve are proud to be working with a client who are looking for an experienced Deputy Children s Home Manager to join their home based in Worksop.
This is a fulltime permanent role. (NO SPONSERSHIP OFFERED)
My client offers a starting salary of up to 34000.

Essential requirements of the Deputy Children s Home Manager :
We are looking for an "adventurous" Deputy Manager who has a keen awareness of outdoor activities and their place within delivering therapeutic interventions to children and young people particularly those who have experienced significant trauma.
The ideal candidate will be tenacious and passionate with the ability to connect with those they meet and build meaningful and productive working relationships.
Experience of supervising staff in a care role
