Are you passionate about helping animals in our community? Would you like to do something meaningful with your free time? The RSPCA needs people like you so that we can help the animals of Middlesbrough and South Tees.
What will you be doing? We are seeking volunteers to support fundraising activities in our community. By raising more funds we can support more animals and by investing a small amount of your time you can make a real difference. Joina team of motivated people who use their skills to do something meaningful while always having fun and connecting with people.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
● Helping to organise and execute fundraising activities within our community
● These can be matched to your skills, availability and circumstances but could include
○ Event fundraising - collecting at supermarkets, fairs or sports events
○ Supporting specific events such as dog walk, pet photo session
○ Contacting local companies or events to seek sponsorship or organise
fundraising events
● Bringing your ideas - if you have a great idea for fundraising... lets work on it together!
What are we looking for?Experience in events and fundraising. We support all types of animals and we seek all types of people - diversity is our strength. We seek people who want to work together to improve animal welfare. We are a team, we support each other and learn from each other. We want you to bring your skills and motivation, your problem solving skills and ability to get along with people and get things done. If you live on Teesside we would love to hear from you. What difference will you make? Fundraising is how we generate income, which is then used to support animal welfare.
