About the role

In this role you will manage efficient and effective premises providing a full range of estates related services to the Partnership’s substantial multi-campus estate which is spread from Scarborough in the North to Skegness in the South. The Group Executive Director of Estates will ensure that all college premises are maintained to the highest standards, clean and safe environments are delivered, and value for money is obtained in the management of budgets. The role encompasses the management of both the central and local estates teams, including maintenance, cleaning, security, transport, PPMs, grounds maintenance, halls of residence and some catering provision. In addition to the day-to-day estates services you will take a lead role in the development of estate related strategies and lead on some of the major capital developments, either directly or with support from professional services.

About the person

The suitable candidate will be qualified in, and estates or construction related area to HND/C or Degree level. Ideally you will have significant experience in managing a substantial estate and undertaking large capital projects including new build developments. We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated individual who can lead a team and work with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. You must have excellent financial and budget management skills and be able to be flexible in the way that you respond to internal and external demands.
