Job description
Kinetic Recruitment are currently resourcing for a Production Operator for an engineering client in the Gateshead area. This position is a permanent contract, full time 37 hours per week on a 3 shift pattern after the initial training period.
Production Operator duties will include;
Preparation of ladles for casting
Overhead crane driving
Pouring metals into moulds/ furnaces
Skills and Experience;
Previous work within a foundry would be an advantage
Over head crane driving is essential
Working as a team
Good level of fitness as it is a physically demanding role
This role is on a 3 shift pattern (morning, lates, nights) with a shift allowance when on shift.
