Clear Thinking Care specialise in providing exceptional care and support for individuals with complex needs, including learning disabilities, mental health conditions, dementia, physical disabilities, substance misuse, and sensory impairments. We are excited to announce a new opportunity to join our expanding care team as a Complex Needs and Mental Health Support Worker. As a vital part of Clear Thinking Care, you'll be at the forefront of empowering individuals to achieve their hopes, dreams, and desires. Your responsibilities will include: Safeguarding our clients to the highest standard Enabling individuals to access the community Offering emotional support and guidance Assisting with meal preparation and household chores Supporting with medication if required Providing personal care support Encouraging and supporting clients with their hobbies and interests As a Support Worker, you become a role model and companion, making a positive impact on the lives of those you support.
