Job description
An opportunity to develop nursing skills, providing a variety of clinical support in patients homes. Such as diabetic care, wound care, palliative care and promoting self care .
Opportunities to gain further training to support development and career progression.
A full time Band 5 post has become available within caerphilly District Nursing Team for a staff nurse who wishes to develop their career in District Nursing.
Applications are invited from motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are committed to providing high standards of nursing care to people within their own homes and the local community.
An induction programme will be devised to ensure you are equipped with all the necessary skills and confidence to work autonomously and/or part of a forward thinking dynamic team.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Providing a variety of clinical support in patients homes
To work autonomously following Health Board policy and protocol and Health and safety standards.
Seeing patients in the on site clinic room for IV infusion/catheters/wounds.
Working as part of a close team with high standards and excellent clinical skills.
