Tasks

• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns

• Assist customers with setting up and configuring their payroll system, ensuring accurate and efficient processing

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention through regular check-ins and follow-ups

• Educate customers on the features and functionalities of Intelligent Payroll's services, providing guidance and support as needed

• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, escalating when necessary

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer success or account management roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to effectively manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously
