We are looking for someone to join our team at Katherine Harriet who is reliable, committed has good communication and a team player.
We have a full time opening for a Care Manager to work Monday to Friday 08:45 – 17:15 at our Office on Broad Street.
Katherine Harriet is a Bespoke Home Care Company who has a passion for ensuring our clients remain in their own home with a variety of support from our WBA’s
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience and knowledge within a similar role
- Be enthusiastic, determined and flexible
- Hold a full driving license, due to nature of role
- Be able to use own initiative and support the Registered Manager in decision making
- Hold a level 5 diploma or looking to work towards this
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Scheduling Officer in all aspects of this role
- Liaising with the Client Care Advisor in relation to new and current Clients
- To be part of the On Call Team
- To manage our Reablement Package with Herefordshire Council
- To work alongside health care professionals and the RM
- To ensure our Clients are looked after in all aspects of queries or matters that need to be addressed / arranged
- To manage the onboarding process
- To support the RM with audits and keeping accurate details / information
About the role:
- Full time – 08:45-17:15 with a need to be flexible in case of emergencies
