Job Description
The successful Internal Communications Manager will be responsible for;
- Developing and implementing an internal communications strategy.
- Managing internal communications channels, such as intranet and email newsletters; communicating to hard-to-reach employees.
- Working closely with various departments to ensure consistency in messaging.
- Creating engaging content for internal communication purposes.
- Organising company-wide events and announcements.
- Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of internal communications.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Internal Communications Manager should have:
- Proven experience in an internal communications role; especially in communicating to hard-to-reach audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using various communication platforms.
- A creative mindset for developing engaging internal communications.
