Brand new opportunity for an HR Onboarding Administrator, to join a lovely team in the East Croydon area. You will be working collaboratively with the HR and Talent Acquisition team, supporting the managers with any new starters queries, and the wider HR team. If you are a strong administrator with a passion for HR, and looking for a career in HR - this role could be a brilliant match! Please note that this role is office-based Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

Job Title - HR Onboarding Administrator

Length - Permanent

Salary - £26,000k - £28,000k Depending on experience + bonus + study support

Location - East Croydon

DESCRIPTION:

HR Onboarding Administrator duties:

• Drafting employment contracts
• Being the first point of contact for any onboarding queries
• Providing support to the wider HR team
• Coordinating new starter termly induction sessions

The ideal HR Onboarding Administrator will have :

• Experience in working in HR or in-house recruitment
• A keen interest in HR and Employment Law
• Result-driven and proactive
• Strong attention to detail
