We are excited to be partnering with an organisation who are revolutionising the logistics sector with their zero-emission solutions. With the aim of reducing our biggest cities' carbon footprint, the team put sustainability at the heart of everything they do.

This 'Tech for Good' scaleup have an exciting year ahead, and they're looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join them as they continue to grow. This person will be responsible for nurturing the current development team - having an even split between people management and hands on development. In this brand new role, you will make a significant contribution to the company's technical roadmap and be an integral part of the team.

Essentials:

• 5+ years working in Java, Spring and SQL
• 3+ years team management experience
• Strong communication skills
• A natural leader
• Passion for sustainability

Desirable:

• Experience in the logistics sector
• Experience with GCP
