Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Order Administrator for our client based in Camberley.

Role: Order Administrator

Location: Camberley - Office Based

Salary: £28,000 per annum

The Role:

• Oversee all elements of the order management process from quotations to delivery and returns


• Work with the Finance department to resolve invoice and payment issues


• Work closely with the Shipping department to ensure that every order is delivered on time


• Handling customer enquiries


• Maintain customer databases


• Issue tickets related to goods returns


• Provide customers with inventory availability


• Create documents to support day-to-day operations


• Ad hoc duties as required
