About Our Client

Page Personnel have partnered with a logistics organisation based in Barnsley. They're looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join them on a full time basis, on a 12 months FTC.
The role is paying up to £40k, and you will be based on site Monday to Friday.

Job Description

As a Senior HR Advisor you will:

• Upskill and develop a team of 6 HR Advisors
• Ensure the succession and talent mapping is undertaken by operational managers
• Keep up to date with UK employment legislations
• Manage a range of different ER cases ranging from low level to complex
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Support the HR Manager with gathering information for Employment Tribunal cases

The Successful Applicant

The successful Senior HR Advisor will have:

• Demonstrable experience in a HR Advisor role
• Experience of managing medium-high risk ER cases to conclusion
• Good understanding of UK employment laws
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
• Ability to give advice confidently, coherently and succinctly - both in written format and verbally
