I am recruiting an immediate start Accounts Receivable Manager position for a business based in Derby. This is an opportunity likely to go permanent.

Description

The Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for the day to day running of the AR team including the billing function within the company. Duties of the Accounts Receivable Manager include but are not limited to:

• Weekly 1-2-1's with Team Leaders and Administrators to review and manage KPI's as well as debt position across all areas
  
• Ensure credit checks are completed
  
• Review cash journals prior to posting.
  
• Monthly review of Bad Debt provision
  
• Resolve accounts discrepancies and irregularities.
  
• Maintain financial database.
  
• Monthly reviews with area managers
  

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• Have demonstrated experience working in a Finance leadership role (or senior role)
• Have experience working in a high volume Accounts Receivable function
• Have strong technical Accounting knowledge
• Be fully AAT qualified (or have relevant experience)
• Be an excellent communicator both written and verbal
• Adaptable and keen to learn
• Be proactive

Job Offer

The candidate can expect a salary equivalent £36 -£38,000 + hybrid, flexible working with 3 days home working + excellent pension contribution + 28 days annual leave + other voluntary benefits
