Job description
We are looking to recruit an experienced Repairs Scheduler on an initial 3-month temporary contract covering sickness for our Social Housing client based in Liverpool, where you will be required to be in office 2 days per week (Tues & Weds) and allowed to work from home on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. This is a full-time, 35 hour per week role.
Your new role
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Asset Management team, arranging surveyor inspections, raising work orders, processing invoices and monitoring contractor performance in line with service level agreements.
You will predominantly be liaising with external contractors & maintenance teams to ensure work is carried out within agreed timescales, and to the correct standard. You will also be managing and responding to inbound queries via the shared inbox, as well as carrying out general administrative duties such as uploading surveys/reports onto the internal housing management system, and updating notes on repair orders.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will need prior experience in a similar role/setting, with a good knowledge and understanding of responsive repairs. You will also have excellent communication & interpersonal skills, work well in a team, and be a confident IT user.
