About the role:

Location - Cardiff

Pay - £83 per day (From April 1st 2024)

Start Date - ASAP (Pending Vetting Requirements)

End Date - July 2024

Hours - Wednesday - Friday (8:30-3:30)

Teaching Personnel are seeking to recruit a dedicated a proactive Teaching Assistant to work in a Primary School in the CF5 area of Cardiff. The position will be part-time (3 days per week), working in a class in Year 1 with a child on a 1:1 basis. The ideal candidate will be confident working with children with varied needs and abilities, to ensure each child has the same opportunity to develop. There may be instances of challenging behaviour when working with children on a 1:1 basis, therefore good behaviour management will be required and a nurturing nature.

Main duties required:

The school is looking for an energetic and hardworking Teaching Assistant to join their friendly team, bringing new ideas and a positive attitude to the class. The school will provide continuous support and feedback to help with your professional development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
