Clinical Negligence Solicitor
Location: Exeter
Level: 2-4 PQE
TOP TIER CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE TEAM
An attractive opportunity has arisen for a clinical negligence lawyer to join this top tier clinical negligence team in Exeter.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years PQE and will be able to provide specific examples of the types of clinical negligence/ medical negligence matters they have previously dealt with. As part of this role you would be responsible for managing your case load independently with some supervision and so it is important that you have strong experience to allow this.
You would deal with cases from beginning to end. Some examples of the types of cases include birth trauma cases, delays in diagnosis or misdiagnosis, medical advice errors and more.
