Overview

Due to expansion, we have a permanent job opportunity available for an Office Administrator, based in Braintree.

The salary of £24,000 to £30,000 is flexible, depending on your office administration and any construction industry experience. Benefits including ample free car parking, pension, holiday and a great work environment. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

You will be working for a successful property developer, within the construction industry and your duties will include effectively managing diaries and booking meetings, filing of both manual and electronic paperwork and answering incoming telephone calls. You will also be managing and filing large drawings/plans where strong document control skills are beneficial. In addition you will take minutes at meetings, type the minutes up and circulate them. This is a hands on role, where a team player is required to get stuck in to ensure the office runs smoothly. Full training and support will be provided.

To be considered for this opportunity you will need…

To be a car driver, this is essential due to the location.

To have previous Office Administration experience.

To have experience of taking minutes at meetings.

Previous experience working within construction would be an advantage but this is not essential.

Document control experience is preferred, but again this is not essential.

A confident personality is required to work within the property construction industry.
