Energy Consultant

Ref:BM129

My client are a leading independent energy and environmental consultancy who through their project demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the construction development industry. My client has the exciting opportunity of an experienced energy consultant joining their energy team in their offices in London.

Role responsibilities:

• Carry out SAP and SBEM assessments to ensure projects are in compliance with Part L building regulations and planning policy requirements
• Build and develop client relationships by providing sustainable advice and solutions within deadlines
• Produce energy statements and reports, whilst attending team meetings
• Work alongside other members of the energy team to produce technical solutions

Role requirements include:

• OCDEA certification with relevant experience with carrying out SAP assessments
• Relevant degree within a sustainability, engineering, or environmental science field
• Experience with energy modelling software such as IES-VE and iSBEM
• Relevant experience within a sustainability consultancy role would be desirable
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
